Terms of Service (TOS)
- Private Use Only – All avatars must remain private. Do not make them public under any circumstances. Must be 18+ to purchase my avatars.
- No Refunds – All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No Claiming Ownership – Do not claim my work as your own.
- Personal Use Only – Do not upload the avatar to any account that isn’t yours.
- No Price Splitting – Sharing the cost of a package with others is strictly prohibited. Refunds will not be issued.
- No Redistribution – Do not share or distribute my packages or files in any way. If purchasing for someone else, please use the gift feature and enter their information during checkout.
- Asset Use Restrictions – You may not use or repurpose any parts of my avatars (e.g., assets, textures, components) without proper credit or my explicit permission. All assets used are either created by me or properly credited. Do not reuse them without approval.
- Update Disclaimer – I am not responsible for avatar functionality issues caused by platform updates. Updates will be made at my discretion.
- Watermark Policy – Do not remove any watermarks from the avatar.
- Commissioner Requirements – If you're commissioning someone to edit or upload this avatar, they must also purchase their own copy. If you’re uploading for another user, both parties must have purchased the avatar.
- Commission Info – Custom commissions for this avatar are available through IdbI’s Discord server.
